Micro Coach Is Officially Live!

After nearly a year of building, testing, refining, and rethinking what a fitness app should feel like, I’m incredibly excited to say that Micro Coach is officially live on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Micro Coach was built from a simple idea:

Most people do not need another random workout app. They need a plan that actually adapts to them, keeps them consistent, and makes training feel less overwhelming.

As a former personal trainer and current software engineer, I wanted to combine both sides of my background into one product. I have spent years helping people get stronger, lose weight, build muscle, and stay accountable. I have also spent years building software, solving technical problems, and thinking through user experience.

Micro Coach is the result of bringing those two worlds together.

The app helps users build personalized 4-week workout plans based on their goals, experience level, schedule, and preferences. Whether someone wants to build muscle, lose fat, improve performance, or just finally stay consistent, Micro Coach is designed to give them structure without making fitness feel complicated.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to my two partners, Patryk Zaleski and Tristan Dacey. Building something like this takes a lot of late nights, hard conversations, testing, debugging, redesigning, and pushing through moments where the finish line feels far away. I’m incredibly grateful to have built this with them.

This is just the beginning for Micro Coach. We have a lot planned, and we are excited to keep improving the app with feedback from real users.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, tested, shared feedback, or encouraged us along the way.

We’re live. Let’s go.
